Gásadalur - Not So Isolated Anymore

Gásadalur is a village in the island of Vágar. From there you can see the island of Mykines - the westernmost island - and the charachteristic islet of Tindhólmur. It's only a few years since Gásadalur was connected to the outside world with a tunnel. Before that people had to walk over the mountain. Scroll further down for  more panoramic views of Gásadalur, the village and the famous waterfall there.
