Birgir Enni is the very well known Captain onboard the scooner "Norðlýsið" (The Aurora). In the summer he sails mostly on day trips with tourists in his old scooner. He is also an excellent cook with expertise in fresh food from the sea. If you come to the Faroes, it's a must - and a great way to spend time - to sail with the boat "Norðlýsið" to see majestic sea stacks, giant bird cliffs and fascinating caves. Birgir Enni serves fresh fish, sea weed or mussels and other shellfish onboard - food which he himself dives to catch.
