You have the opportunity to print a Gift Certificate now already to give to someone until the CD (or CD's) you purchased has (have) been sent their address:

You can also save the PDF-file and send it attached to a mail to the gift recipient.

OBS! The Gift Certificate is of course only valid from the moment we have registered the payment for your purchase.

How to order

A. Complete the order form here below. OBS! All information with * - including a phone number and a valid Email-address - must be provided in order for us to process your order.

B. Then click on "Submit form" at the bottom of this page... or send an Email to elinbheinesen@me.com with the same information.

C. When you have submitted the form, a page will open where you can verify that the information you submitted is correct. If not, you can go back and complete the order form again with the correct information. OBS! It is important to remember to check the box that indicates that the new submitted form is a correction, or else we will regard the adjusted order form as an extra order.

D. You will receive an Email as soon as possible with all the information you submitted and information about the total cost of your purchase - incl. shipping, handling and packaging - as well as information about how to pay and the payment terms.

E. If you accept the terms, please proceed and pay for your purchase according to the instructions in the Email from us.

F. When we have registered your payment, your purchase is finally verified and the package you purchased will be sent to you immediately after the CD release date in mid July 2010.

G. If you want to place the order by mail, please print out a hardcopy of this form. If you do not have a printer, we will accept a handwritten copy, so long as all required information is included. Send in the completed hardcopy to the following address:

H. In case you want to order more than 5 CD's: The price for shipping, handling and packaging depends on weight, size and the shipping address. Please send an Email to elinbheinesen@me.com with the quantity of CD's you want to order, along with all the additional information required in this form. When you have placed your order, we will return as soon as possible with information about the total cost, incl. shipping, handling and packaging, as well as specifying the payment terms.
